Yoga club has been constituted in the college with the support of the college management in association with IQAC. The Yoga Club promotes holistic well-being by providing accessible yoga and mindfulness practices that enhance physical health, mental clarity, and emotional balance for all students to create a supportive, inclusive community where members can reduce stress, build confidence, and develop lifelong wellness habits through regular practice and peer connection

**Yoga Training Program** is a health-focused initiative conducted in the college to promote the physical and mental well-being of students. The program aims to create awareness about the importance of yoga in maintaining a healthy lifestyle, improving concentration, and managing academic stress. The training includes guided yoga sessions, breathing exercises (pranayama), and simple meditation practices conducted by trained instructors. Through regular participation, students learn techniques to enhance flexibility, strength, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Overall, the program encourages students to adopt yoga as a daily practice for better health, inner peace, and overall personal development.

VIbe For Wellness Campaign

VIbe For Wellness Campaign

**Vibe for Wellness Campaign** is a wellness awareness program organized by Ayush Kerala and conducted in the college to promote holistic health among students. The campaign focuses on physical, mental, and emotional well-being by encouraging healthy lifestyle practices rooted in traditional systems of medicine such as Ayurveda, Yoga, and Naturopathy. The event typically includes awareness talks, yoga demonstrations, interactive sessions on stress management, and guidance on maintaining balanced daily routines. Through these activities, students gain knowledge about preventive healthcare, natural healing methods, and the importance of self-care. The main objective of the campaign is to create a positive, health-conscious campus environment and inspire students to adopt habits that support overall wellness.
