The photography club in association with IQAC , aims to foster creativity and visual storytelling among students while ensuring adherence to ethical , academic, and institutional standards. This policy outlines the structure, objectives, composition, operational guidelines and functions of the club. The club alignment with the Vision and Mission of the college.

The Photography Club is responsible for documenting important institutional events such as academic programmes, cultural festivals, seminars, workshops, and celebrations. High-quality photographs and visual records are maintained to preserve institutional memory and support promotional and archival needs.
